2. Use of Escrow / Trustee Accounts
Some bidders may prefer to use Escrow / Trustee Accounts through our regulated business partner (Escrow Made Easy). In such cases, deposits and sales proceeds are held securely in escrow or trustee accounts, in line with UAE legal and financial standards.
Funds are managed transparently and released strictly in accordance with applicable laws, auction results, or contractual agreements.
3. Data Retention & Account Deletion
• You may request the deletion of your account at any time via our website.
• Upon verification, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is legally required (e.g., financial reporting, regulatory, or court-related obligations).
• Data related to concluded auctions may be retained for the minimum period required under UAE law or by competent authorities.
4. Payment Security
All payments are handled offline through one of the following approved channels:
• Bank transfers
• Manager’s cheques
• Payments via licensed trustee
We do not collect or store sensitive card details. All transactions are processed securely through regulated banking or trustee services in accordance with UAE financial compliance standards.
